Leave blank if you're submitting a correction — use the field below instead.

Don't have one? Skip it — plenty of local gigs don't.

This is you, the person filling out the form — not the band/venue/org name above.

Only used if we need to follow up — never published.

This is how we know which week's roundup it belongs in.

Artists and bands go into our directory and are eligible to be featured as an upcoming Artist of the Week — the rotation is ongoing, and having a show coming up helps your odds of being picked.

Venues, organizations, and radio stations get listed in the directory that runs in every weekly issue, and are also included in that same feature rotation.

Recurring events (such as open mics and jams) get listed in the directory that runs every week.

Gigs get folded into that week's events roundup — and may earn a feature spot if the artist or band is local to the area.

Running into trouble submitting, or have a question? Email us at eguide@s12.ca — happy to help.

Info on our vetting process

We check what's submitted before anything goes live — confirming links and details are valid, and we may follow up by email if something looks incomplete or unclear. Give it a few days — even the best acts need a soundcheck.
